The following fees will be applied to all overnight Mastercard card orders that are shipped to the same address:
- 1-5 cards* = $10
- 6-10 cards* = $15
- 11+ cards* = $15 + $1 for each additional card
* Local sales tax may apply. Applies to orders that are shipped to the same address. Fees are applied to the number of cards going to the same address. This means each card shipped to a different address is billed separately, as are orders sent to the same address but shipped on different days.
