To add a user in iConnectData, contact your customer service representative.

On the ICD menu bar, select Manage > Card Maintenance and then search for a card. Select the card from the search results listing to open the card’s detail. From here, you can edit all details on the card within your level of access.

Log in to iConnectData and select Payment Center > My Invoices from the menu bar. Then, enter any search criteria (e.g., report type, account code, customer ID, start and end date) and select Search to find your invoice.

Your reports can be accessed in iConnectData under Reporting > ReportQ > Quick Reports.

You can pay online if your account has been approved for this feature. Approved users can select Payment Center > Pay on Account from the iConnectData menu bar to process payments.

To see your invoices, select My Payments > Invoices.

It is generally best to search by the date of the invoice.
